What to Expect From Your First Visit

First, you will be asked to fill out a brief medical history form. Then we will take you to the massage room, discuss your reasons for your visit, and any goals that you would like to reach during your visit.

Next, you will be asked to undress in private, down to underpants, or to whatever amount of clothing is comfortable. Then, lying down on a comfortably padded massage table, you will cover yourself with a sheet and blanket. Only the part of the body being worked will be uncovered, and your modesty is respected.

Our well trained Massage Therapists and Body Workers will not only apply a variety of techniques to address your particular needs, they will also exude a calm, respectful and non-judgmental demeanor to allow a sense of trust to develop.
