What people say...

I had a spa package today and it was very soothing and uplifting. Thanks so much for a wonderful experience. The ambiance took me away from all the stresses of daily life. The aromatherapy, relaxation music and candle lit room really added to the experience. I can't wait to do this again!

The origins of massage are as primal as the basic human need to be touched. Before the written word, we are quite sure that people discovered how therapeutic it is to have another person rhythmically apply perssure to aching muscles and joints. Written history provides us with examples of Greek, Roman and Arabic physicians recommending massage for a variety of conditons: everything from melancholy to preparations for and recovery from athletic efforts.

Today, massage is recommended by many in the medical community to treat headaches, insomnia, digestive disorders, arthritis, asthma, carpal tunnel syndrome, minor aches and pains as well as deep tissue damage.

Perhaps more importantly, massage is also recognized for it's preventative powers- releasing the stress that can lead to more serious medical ailments.

Recent articles have noted that many of the ingredients used in health spas are environmentally unsound and/or unhealthy. It is our promise and first priority at our massage center that all ingredients used in our services are pure and safe. Our body treatments take you back to nature and provide delightful sensory stimulation by using simple wholesome ingredients and traditional holistic methods. Please call us for more information.
